Unusual Stuff
These are casts which fall outside the spectrum of our usual casting materials. Clear resin casts may for instance be filled with pretty much any kind of small items in a process known as encapsulation. These may be just a few carefully placed special items or they whole cast may be filled as per the coffee bean filled casts shown here.
Anything that can transform from a liquid to a solid state may be cast. Some of the more unusual materials we have worked with include cement, bitumen, chocolate, ice and wax. So if you have any ideas for something unusual we’re all ears… 🙂
