Lord Stephenson is proud of his magnificent nose! We made over a hundred of them as place settings for his 70th birthday party. The mould of his nose was made at his home. We then finished the original in fibreglass resin with the inserted engraving. A silicone mould was made and use to produce the casts. We don’t usually work in plaster but for multiples like this it is the most appropriate material.
